Laitex Oy will supply Vapo’s new activated carbon plant with process equipment, conveyors, and storage after the activated carbon furnace. This is a strategically significant project for Vapo to meet the growing international demand for activated carbon.
Laitex signed a full scope delivery agreement with Green Fuel Nordic Oy, according to which Laitex will supply material handling solution for new bio-oil refinery. Laitex’s delivery scope also includes equipment installation, electrification and automation management with three years service agreement.
Laitex Oy has signed an agreement with Haapajärven Lämpö Oy on the delivery of a new bio fuel plant’s fuel receiving system as a turnkey delivery. Haapajärven Lämpö invests in a new 20 MW fluidized bed boiler plant, which uses for example wood chips, sawmill by-products and unprocessed recycled wood as fuel.
“PHB Weserhütte S.A.U.” is currently developing the biomass handling system for the Tees Renewable Energy Plant Project, located in Teesside, United Kingdom, for the consortium Técnicas Reunidas (TR) & Samsung C&T. Costing £650m to build, the Tees Renewable Energy Plant will be the largest dedicated biomass power plant in the world and is the largest thermal-combustion power plant under construction in the UK today.
Laitex delivered equipment to Endev’s new project. Endev is making their first PAKU process delivery at Rovaniemi to handle sludge from the city wastewater treatment plant.
