Rotary feeders

Rotary Feeder or Rotary Valve is used for feeding and regulating material flow or as an airlock in a material handling process. Due to their robust configuration, they are applicable to several different areas of the material handling process.

Laitex’s Rotary Feeders are designed with a long service life for demanding and extreme processing conditions. The robust design of the unit enables it to function in numerous different material feeding and dosing applications. Rotary Feeders are tailored according to the materials conveyed, connections, capacity, location, and other conditions that apply the processes.

Laitex’s Rotary Feeder is one of our core products and it has been sold for over 30 years. Their reliability is based on the use of standard solutions, including a durable and rigorously tested structure, stuffing box sealings at axle holes (rope, air, or grease sealing), an external bearing system, hard chrome-plated housing and other surface coatings, and end scrapers. Long-lasting and easy-to-maintain devices are available in a variety of sizes and functionalities.
