Cooling chain conveyors

Cooled Chain Conveyor is used for cooling and conveying of hot ash, such as bottom and fly ash. This conveyor is typically placed directly below a boiler for rapid cooling. The conveyor utilizes cooling vessels in both, the intermediate bottom, and the bottom. Ash cooler equipment are widely used in combustion-based boilers.

Laitex’s Cooled Chain Conveyors are designed for plant’s extreme conditions. Through a comprehensive development work, our products achieve a high cooling capacity and thus extend the life of other material handling equipment as well.
