Pneumatic Conveyors
Pneumatic Conveyors transport solid bulk materials through a pipeline by using pressurized air or other gas (e.g. nitrogen). Pneumatic conveying is well suitable, gentle and efficient way to transport dry bulk materials with small particle size (D <10mm), including different kind of hazardous dusts and powders. The conveyed material is completely encased inside the conveyor vessel and pipeline- , where the pressure difference results the material flow from conveyor to pipeline end point such as silo. The main features of the Pneumatic Conveyors are thus minimized material spillage and high energy efficiency. In addition, they can be built flexibly according to the premises of the plant or facility. These characteristics make Pneumatic Conveyors one of the most economical conveyors for material handling.
Depending on the application needs, we offer both dense phase and lean phase solutions.

Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveyor
Laitex Pneumatic Conveyors are always delivered as a whole equipment – built and equipped with all necessary functions and accessories as per the need of customer process. In the design, we have emphasized the low maintenance need, modifiability as well as energy efficiency.
Lean Phase Pneumatic Conveyor
Lean phase pneumatic conveying system is typically well suitable and cost effective solution for transporting different kind of dry bulk materials safely and even long conveying distances with flexible system/routing layout. Compared to Dense phase systems, Lean phase system is using constant air/material flow with lower pressure level (typically 50-500mbar) and lower air/solids ratio. Our experts will help to select the most effective conveying type.
