Laitex has been selected as an Exemplary Employer of the Year by the SAK (The Central Organization of Finnish Trade Unions) Southeast Finland Regional Committee. The recognition is based on how we work together with our people and take care of our employees in everyday work, also during times of change.

The occasion also marked a special moment, as we celebrated a traditional “overalls hanging” ceremony for Arto Partanen, who will retire in 2026. His long career, commitment, and expertise are a true reflection of the culture behind this recognition.
